Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: The policy involves using the habitual criminal statute to get long jolts for people two or three past felonies. But DA candidates debate about whether it should be used if those past beefs were nonviolent. Westword has the story.

Hey guys, hope everyone had a great weekend... Happy Memorial Day.

No matter, it's been a really really good weekend, we went to the river for a bit today, my girl did her first go round of water skiing... she did real good for her first try.  Ok all giddy got a new car for my anniversary.. Dodge Charger...

Well it certainly has both pros and cons to it...

It sure does but as the years go by, Coloradadoo is a far cry than what it used to be like. When I lived there in the late 70's it was a really nice place, at least Colo. Sprngs. Used to miss it until the stories intensified within the past 5 years.

Will the LE systems ever be fixed? It's a shame that something like this is even happening and it appears that no one's putting any real effort to fix. Just another reason not to move back to Colorado.
