Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: The man entered a store and attempted to rob it using a large rock -- which didn't exactly terrify the staffers he faced. But that was before he left the stone age behind and ratcheted up the violence. Westword has the story.

If you are going to commit a crime wouldn't the weapon needed for a stick up come out on the top of the list? A lot of these morons use palm tree leaves( remember that one) , rocks, whatever to rob a place-stupid.
I can see a bank teller giving it up, the $$ is FDICed so why not
But a subway worker will get his ass canned or he's the owner who's sick of jerk offs trying to hassle him. It's not like after he throws the rock he can reload..
