As a police officer isn't he or shouldn't he be held to a higher standard?
In another totally pointless remark, doesn't his little mustache look stupid?
Now here's a police force that resembles the old days in Louisianna. Perhaps it's time for the govenor to step in and terminate the entire force and start anew. Colorado is quickly becoming a hven for the criminally ill. This is one LE system that needs to be fixed and soon.
WTF? They decided he should be rehired because "failed to prove any extraordinary aggravation" and "also failed to consider...mitigating factors."?? What the fuck kind of mitigating factor can there possibly be to a COP who DRIVES DRUNK and thinks a speed limit is a dare rather than a law?? And i suppose as well as all that, the fact that he was CONVICTED and spent 5 days in JAIL doesn't count as aggravating factor, either. Was the commission fucking drunk an'all??
