Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: The sheriff who crusaded for Andrews to get a massive sentence for nonviolent drug and theft crimes recently got thirty days and probation for arguably more serious offenses. Andrews has something to say about that. Westword has the story.

Go Colorado!  Another perfect example of why people are loosing faith in the justice system.  It appears that Colorado's thin blue line is actually a five lane freaking highway that has one direction for those lanes, and a bike path going in the right direction.

If you remember, dear friends, I did in fact comment on the previous article regarding "Mr." Sullivan.  And this article just proved my point.  I can't even find that waste of space on the National Sex Offender Registry.

So it's not only about who you know, or even about who you piss off, but also about who people you happen to know have pissed off?? That's not right. 81 years for being addicted is just fucked up. Why is there even a question of whether this man should be released from his ridiculous sentence?
