When Kevin John Couch was caught at a Wal-Mart in Everett, Wash. with a bag of stolen checks, a doctored passport and a fake Social Security card, it was just like a scene out of the movie Catch Me If You Can ... except Couch allegedly acquired the bag of illicit goodies by trading meth for it, and now that he's been caught he faces 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
