I cant use that link but I have heard that Bath Salts are the official explaination of this?? I have never known "bath salts" to cause someone to eat a person, if I had to guess this guy already had a lot of shit going on in his head. In the report I read they compared the bath salts to LSD..I am not sure that could be more inaccurate, the effect is closer to that of MDMA for less than half the price.
