Houston police officer Miles Dumas is charged with exposing himself to male and female patrons in a Galveston bar and then, when some of them objected, bringing out the whoop-ass in a melee. One patron got hit in the jaw with a gun, another was stabbed. Houston Press has the story.

Oh, but of course. I think in cases THIS deranged, the sandals come with the obligatory white socks already attached at the factory.
