About fucking time! Fuck yeah! Seriously, this guy is GODDAMNED ANNOYING! From what I can tell, he actively SEEKS OUT TO ANNOY, he is a nuisance, and freedom of speech should NOT cover his bullshit antics.
Mentally ill or not, he sounds like someone who is just interested in causing trouble. The thing about freedom of speech though, everybody is allowed it. I am very hesitant about curtailing it because once you start, where does it end? Couldn't they in this case give him a 'Behaviour Order' or something, a set of guidelines (eg. no cursing, no physical contact) that he has to adhere to if he wants to be a part of the proceedings? Then if he still misbehaves they can always use the last resort of kicking him out.
