Tattoos Only Clue in Case of Texas Murder Victim

A badly burned man, in his 20s or 30s, was found in southeast Dallas recently, and the only clue to his identity are his tattoos. His death is being treated as a homicide, but police have yet to determine the cause of death. Pieces of his body may be missing. The tattoos, however, remain in tact.
