Fremont officers were called to the 4300 block of Mowry Avenue about 2 a.m Wednesday after a 20-year-old man had cut off his penis with an X-Acto knife. SF Weekly has the full story.

The kicker of that is, is that when that type operation is performed a penectomy isn't part of it. Well ain't that special...lol...
I saw something like this on Jerry Springer where a guy cut his junk off because he wanted a sex change and couldn't afford the operation. Dude was married to a woman, but decided he wanted to be a woman so he cut it off and put it in a jar and hid it. The woman was pissed off and kept demanding that he tell her where it was, of course it had been weeks before, so I have no idea what she was planning to do with it by then, it was frickin crazy...
If you were to actually take a study on penile erection, you'd find that real Doctors will tell you that a penis, whether hard or flaccid is in constant erection 24/7...lol...
