Photog Busted for Bizarre Sex Crime
Filmmaker Possibly Finds Another Victim Of Serial Killers Dean "The Candyman" Corll And Elmer Wayne Henley
A filmmaker looking into serial killers Dean "The Candyman" Corll and Elmer Wayne Henley believes he has come up with yet another victim. Imagine if this story was happening now instead of the early `70s-- at least 28 boys tortured and killed, all from a relatively nice neighborhood. Nancy Grace would be relentless. Houston Press has the story.

You are welcome. Everyone needs a hobby, mine just happens to be the study of serial murder.
It is no magical wonder why most people have not heard of Dean Corll or his crimes. The near ending of the Vietnam conflict was taking precedence over the media when he was killed in '74. The term and concept of serial killer would not be coined by FBI special agent Robert Ressler until later that year. ( even though British L.E. had accepted the term as far back as '66). At that point they were considered mass murderers, nowhere near as interesting to the majority of people than that of serial killers today. And the fact that the true perpetrator of the crimes was already dead helped Dean Corll and his hideous, sadistic crimes fall into obscurity. While the remains have never been found, Henley has stated that there were two more bodies that he knew of. The photograph appears to show number 29. Corll was discharged from military service and returned to Houston in '65. The first victim was said to have been killed in '70. Some have maintained that the grounds of the Corll candy factory should have been searched. Since the property and building still stands I think it would be a good idea to investigate it with non-invasive ground penetrating radar to see if there are additional victims whose families are still living without answers. For his part in the crimes Henley received 99 years per victim, to run concurrent, for a total of 594 years. David Owen Brooks received a sentence of 99 years for his cooperation with the investigation. He has, as of 2011 been before the parole board 12 times. He is due again in 2014.
How the fuck can Henley, who was sentenced to 600 years in jail, be eligible for parole??? WTF??
he'll never get out, regardless. He will never see the light of day again and he will likely die in prison.
