Her family was only trying to protect the child. They have nothing to feel guilty for. His 'mother', the monster killed him.
These are the cases I am highlighting trying to get laws changed. This "person" should never have been given custody again. The number of cases I've found is staggering! The thing that gets to me is THIS child was in a safe, loving place until he was returned to her! The courts do not place concern for childrens welfare over the rights of the parent! Something has to change and I will fight for childrens rights until I take my last breath.
This is exactly one of many reasons why our laws need to be examined and revised. There are too many horrific instances just as this case. They gave the kid back to the mother!!! Imagine that. Well, it appears she'll get older in the cross bar, but not old enough...Should've been a life sentence or more so, death.
I couldn't believe they actually gave her back that poor baby... I'm with the judge on this one too... where is that Karma bus when you need one.
Well it's a lot better than what some murderers get, but still, i agree with the judge. And that was even BEFORE i read about her trying to still pass blame to her sister. I guess all we can hope for now is that 1. she'll still be unremorseful by the time her first parole hearing comes up, and 2. that her ovaries have dried up by the time she is allowed out. Well, either that, or, you know, that her womb has been forcefully ripped out by other inmates after discovering they have a baby killer in their midst. Still can't fathom HOW this c*nt got custody of a child she so clearly didn't want though.
