High school algebra teacher Kevin Wheeler began flirting with one of his students on cell phone and Facebook and eventually arranged a rendezvous in his class, cops say. There, he fingered the girl while she performed oral sex and made the classy move of telling her "You must not be into it because you're not wet," cops say. He says she started it all. The laws to protect people from those in authority were largely brought about because of the disparity in ages of consent among states/stat rape, etc. Many individuals this girls age might consent to something with a teacher under certain pressures and then regret it later and there is nothing she can do. I agree with you....who would [at her age] want this crusty old skanky teacher fingering her??? If she doesn't regret it now, she will later. Now if it was a kid her age she'd consented to blow and let touch her, she'd just have to chalk it up to regrets and move on. What kind of selfish fucking pig would do this to a young girl? He won't get nearly the punishment he deserves.
17 is the age of consent in TX so there will be no stat rape charges. There could be rape charges if she claims it was forced but so far she isn't pressing rape charges.
Kevin Wheeler the algebra teacher says that it was the 17 year old girl who asked him for sex by touching him, but that he rejected. If Kevin Wheeler is telling truth, then he is innocent. As the cops believe she gave him head & that he fingered her, then Kevin Wheeler probably was guilty of statutory rape though yes, cops sometimes make mistakes. Assuming Kevin Wheeler is guilty, then he should be punished for statutory rape but to say he should be sexually abused as punishment is evil. If a woman committed statutory rape on 17 year old boy, it would be evil to believe she should be raped as punishment. If Kevin Wheeler is guilty then he should be punished for statutory rape, but it should be with jail sentece. .
Kevin Wheeler must be punished for statutory rape for having this teenage girl give him head & then fingering her vagina. He must be sent to prison for it. But let's have = punishment. As I said in other posts, if a woman algebra teacher had sex with a teenage boy, then she must get = punishment as man would if he did it with teenage girl. If this story about Kevin Wheeler happened as it did, then he must be sent to prison. No, not the death penalty but he must get = punishment for statutory rape. Finally, though many states including Texas have lowered consent age to 17 or even 16, that is a bad idea. The minimum age of consent for having sex should be 18 as it is in California.
