Ronald Rolfe, Caught Filming Undressing Hooters Models, Tells Cops "I've Never Had A Girlfriend"

Ronald Rolfe was caught red-handed: After a model at this weekend's Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant told police she'd found a camera filming out of a backpack in the show's changing area, the cops reviewed the footage and found images of Rolfe turning on the device and setting it up. So when they confronted the 31-year-old, he didn't lie. "Man to man, I did it because I've never had a girlfriend," he told an officer.
