I understand what you are feeling but when you read the whole thing... something is not right with the young ladies story... and you know I certainly don't believe in blaming a victim.  This was investigated for several months so it was not a quick decision not to prosecute.

Fair is fair, they are all guilty of underage drinking and if that is what they are expelling the boys for, then the girl needs to be expelled also.

I never blame a victim, but like you, I'm having trouble seeing her as a victim based on HER behavior. They all used poor judgement. If the school is going to expel him, she should be expelled too.
