David Clifford's one-punch near-homicide: The surveillance footage [VIDEO]

While off duty, Minneapolis Police Sgt. David Clifford nearly killed a bar patron with a single right hook to the head. Surveillance footage of the video has now emerged, and though it appears to show Clifford sucker-punching Vander Lee, Clifford's lawyer argues the video actually exonerates his client.
