Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: A woman passed out in her car, dead drunk -- drunk enough, anyhow, that Ruddy was allegedly able to carry her into a nearby garage and start assaulting her. Problem was, the two of them weren't alone. Westword has the story.

Little puzzled why the witness didn't stop him instead of just watching the peep-show. I really hope that he doesn't get off lightly, because carrying a passed out woman to a secluded area to be able to have sex with her - there is no way he didn't know what he was doing. No "she may have been drunk but she wanted it really, your honor" ambiguity here.
Ex cheerleader lol... This guy will probably blame his behaviour on bullying during his highschool years. Male cheerleaders do get bullied dont they?
