Exactly, and nobody is saying it was a breakdown. Quite the opposite. Esp with all the premeditiation. Insanity seems his only defense at this point. From what I have read. The blood tests are back and he had nothing in his system, legal or illegal. Or otherwise traceable.So... there you have it. Seems that he wasn't cutting it academically and that made him snap. Best they have so far.
Leah, and since you are expert on low standards of competency, we hope you will enlighten us all as to the correct outcome for this case.
Yeh they cant exactly say it was a mental breakdown...that lasted months and months while he planned this.
He is supposed to be arraigned on the 30th. It'll take that long to add up all the charges for this selfish little prick. Read that insanity is just about the only defense he'll be able to use. Thankfully, the standard for competency is low. I am sure they will have a psych eval and go to town with all the diff mental illnesses he has but I don't see how they can negate the premeditation.
