Kevin Tegtmeier arrested for 14th DUI, called "menace to society"

Kevin Tegtmeier, 60, just can't stop drinking and driving. Last Friday, he was arrested for his 14th DUI, and during his arraignment a prosecutor called him "a menace to society." He faces a felony charge. City Pages has the full story.
