Leonardo Drisdel: Life + 150 Years for Killing Friend After Devil Told Him To Do It

After seven long years of trials, former radio DJ Leonardo Drisdel was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole plus 150 years for the brutal murder of his friend Cassandra Kovack. He claims the devil told him to kill her; he'd smoked quite a bit of crack before he heard that command however. The Riverfront Times has the story of the fatal night when the devout Christian heard the devil and beat a friend to death with his bare hands.
