He's "high profile?" Isn't that supposed to mean something like well-kown? I've never heard of this loser. I think he's just the "high" part. Maybe he will get off if he is "bi-polar" and get life saving mental health meds that will fix 'em.
Here's the thing about him being treated like any other DUI...they all get off too easy. So, there is nothing really promising about that statement. 1st offense = slap on the wrist and nobody can really complain that he got special treatment because most get that.
If there's any justice ever, this guy will get processed the same as any normal people
