That is the other curious aspect. His writing of it. Very unusual for a pedo to write about it. Especially at great length. Usually its the visual that interests them. There is definitely another element to this that hasn't been brought out. I had male teachers since 4th grade. Not sure what the ratio was back then but there were definitely more men teachers than there are nowadays.
I also found it odd his working with preschoolers, in fact my 7th grader made the comment just the other day, that this was the first year they ever had a male teacher... It does bother me that he has been accused once already 10 yrs ago, so we know he's been doing this at least that long, longer I'm sure. But omg 800 pgs, sensing a little ocd there ... it is just so hard to wrap my head around this and how many children were part of this diary... I only pray he wasn't able to do more physically.
I just looked around on the net and the Denver News was reporting that there is no evidence that he was involved in making the DVDs. He just bought them and was probably exchanging with other individuals. Still ongoing investigation so more info/victims could still turn up. I know it seems hard to believe that at his age and with the amount of porn he had that hadn't progressed beyond hugging. Most pedos can't contain themselves like that because their impulses are too profound. He has to have something else preventing him from acting other than just his good judgment and sheer will power. There has to be something significant. I would be curious about any man, at any age working with preschoolers. That typically isn't a "man thing".
Certainly involvement alone warrants him to be off the streets period. Interesting question though, his involvement in the production of them..at which point I would see it as clear case of molestation and though not physical, still rape. I wondered if any of the photos were of his students... after all this is just a diary, one of the many pieces of evidence they supposedly have. He may be impotent or be sexually malformed (disfigured). Its hard to say much more without knowing more about him. I'll keep looking to see what I can find out. The Feds should be looking at ways to keep this man off the streets for the rest of his natural life. I'm hesitant to say this - but not certain prison is the proper place for him. While there is no indication that he has physically harmed anyone, just his involvement in the porn distribution is more than harmful to those who are on the DVDs. But, was he involved in making any of the DVDs or did he just purchase them? Very perplexing. Glad you alerted me to this, My2Cents. I'll see what else I can find out.

After reading some of the excerps, this freak needs putting away, whether he has actually molested a child or not.... reading some of that, it is only a matter of time and reads as though he was already molesting with the hugs and seeing what their reactions were. Here's hoping the law will be able to do something about it.
