Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: Bogunovich had medical marijuana paperwork for himself and his three kids, and he claimed that all of the weed was perfectly legal despite the huge forest in his backyard. The cops did the math differently. Westword has the story.

I was pulling for this guy Fernandez. I felt like a parent who had a special kid on a sports team and the other players would let him on the field out of sympathy. But time after time, he just stood there eating his boogers while the ball hit him in the face. It just got too awkward to watch.
Lol yeh its kind of funny but if I happened to have that kind of crop at my fingertips I wouldnt be thinking "oh I can make a lot of money from this"...I would be thinking " I never have to actually pay for weed again"..I would probably save myself money in the long run.
Whats the big deal anyway?..400 plants averaging 3 ounces per plant is 1200 ounces..sold at £200 per ounce thats £240,000..mere pocket change..it was clearly all for personal use lol..

And all the while the cops attention was distracted by this harmless old man and his crop..100 tonnes of meth,heroin and cocaine have probably crossed your borders.
That is exactly what he looks like. The DA needs to let this go because if 2 juries have acquitted two much younger men already this year, what are the chances they will convict this old dude?? Who is within spitting distance of St. Peter. FGS!! I am curious about how old his 3 kids are.
