Michael Hurtado Says Bath Salts Caused Him to Make Out With a U-Haul Truck and a Cop Car

Michael Hurtado crashed his truck, got "fully naked," hopped in someone else's U-Haul truck, and started making out with the steering wheel. Naturally, police showed up to that scene, and Hurtado explained -- it was the bath salts. Hurtado was arrested and placed in the back of the police car, where he started making out with the cage in the car too.
