Robert Hartman's Alleged Drunken Joy Ride in Stolen Dump Truck Leaves 1,400 in Dark

When police apprehended suspected drunk driver Robert Gene Bankston Hartman, he told them he'd had 14 beers. Later, he admitted that he'd actually been drinking vodka. While that's all very damning, the fact that Hartman is accused of stealing a dump truck from a local construction site and going on a joy ride that left 1,400 without power is the icing on the cake. Seattle Weekly has the story.

This is news?  I'm pretty sure this is a typical night in the neighborhood of the regular posters.  Before they bail Billy Bob, Billy Joe, and Billy Jim out of jail.   Then these vile bastards try to blame the power outages on the weather and tornados and shit..   Just like I try to blame people's "evilness" on pharma.  How ironic.
