Brian DeAngelis was just weeks into his new job as athletic director at a Rio Grande Valley school when he decided to indulge himself, cops say. Police responding to an unrelated call at a store found a woman complaining DeAngelis was shooting upskirt video of her 14-year-old daughter. Which led to a very awkward scene: DeAngelis trying to explain the cellphone camera attached to his shoe, while his wife listened on intently. The Houston Press has the story.
