Smooth moves gone unsmooth fast: Justin Rowe was just getting a little back from The Man, for whatever reason, and his method of choice was to key a police cruiser. Should have checked first whether or not there was a police officer still sitting inside, however. He now faces criminal mischief charges. The Houston Press has the story.
