Sean Payne: So Drunk They Had To Hold His Head Up For His Mugshot

In an awesome attempt at winning Mugshot of the Year, Texan Sean Payne got himself charged with public intoxication. Possible evidence at his trial -- the booking cops had to hold his head up so the mugshot in question could be taken. The Houston Press has the story.
