Edward Montour, Double-Murderer: Will He Cheat Death Again?

Breakfast reading from the Village Voice Empire: Montour was in jail for slaying his infant daughter when he snuffed a prison worker. His death sentence was tossed out five years ago over a technicality. Will a new district attorney get the chance to re-impose it? Westword has the story.
