Cole Fohrenkamm charged with two counts of homicide following friend's car-surfing death

Cole Fohrenkamm was behind the wheel when his friend died in a car surfing accident in rural Wisconsin last summer. And though  his friend's mom pleaded with authorities not to press charges, Fohrenkamm now faces three felonies, including two counts of homicide. City Pages has the full story.
