Mark Chalin begs for mercy, gets four years for killing two in driving-while-having-sex wreck

Mark Chalin's 23-year-old girlfriend (pictured) died when he crashed his car in a driving-while-having-sex wreck last summer. Yesterday, following a dramatic, tearful courtroom scene, Chalin was sentenced to four years in prison. City Pages has the full story.
