Wheelchair Attack: Eckert Mathews Accused of Battering Disabled Brother

Breakfast reading from the Voice Media Empire: Eckert Matthews, 51, wanted his brother Royal to move out of his Illinois home, so much so that he decided to knock him right out of his wheelchair. Royal eventually made it out of the house and so did Eckert -- in cuffs. Riverfront Times has the story.
