Byron Carver Puts GPS on Dog So He Can Deal Drugs and Guns on Parole

Breakfast reading from the Voice Media Empire: Carver's GPS showed him at home, but parole officers doing surveillance saw him drive up. Along with his dog, someone else was inside -- a juvenile female of the type this sex offender had been ordered not to go near. Westword has the story.
