Matthew Caulk, Serial Sex Offender: His Too-Easy Walkaway

Breakfast reading from the Voice Media Empire: Back in 2007, Caulk launched a "consensual" relationship with a sixteen-year-old girl who didn't realize he had two active warrants. He skated again last week, and his ankle monitor made it easy. Westword has the story.
