Miami-Dade Schools Police Chief Charles Hurley Demoted After Sexual Harassment Allegations



Nearly eight months after being placed on suspension, Charles Hurley, the chief of the Miami-Dade Public Schools police force, has officially been demoted. Now the hunt is on for his replacement.

Hurley is currently facing a lawsuit brought on by two former female officers. Among other things, Hurley is alleged to whipping out his penis in front of and forcibly kissing one of the women. The women said they were victims of retaliation when they tried to speak up. Miami New Times has the story.
