You obviously haven't been in Florida long if you haven't had a drunk man threaten to contract hit men from their home country to come and have you killed. It's at least a pretty common occurrence down here in Miami. Apparently it happens in Orlando too.

It's taken three full years, but Carlos Bertonatti is finally set to admit in court that he killed cyclist Christophe LeCanne in a drunken, early-morning hit-and-run on the Rickenbacker Causeway. Bertonatti told a Miami-Dade judge today that he'll plead guilty next Tuesday. Miami New Times has the story.
