Cathouse star Brooke Phillips and another woman were shot before the home was set aflame
UPDATE: Suspect David Allen Tyner is a cage fighter and former high school All-American wrestler. See update after the jump...

David Allen Tyner, a suspect in the murder-arson case that left four people dead in Oklahoma City, has turned himself in after an arrest warrant was issued. Police believe he may be responsible for the murders of Milagrous Barrerra, Brooke Phillips -- who appeared in HBO's Cathouse series -- and two people still unidentified.

Tyner has yet to face official charges, but since Barrerra and Phillips were both pregnant, he's expected to be hit with six counts of homicide. Both women were shot before the house was set on fire. Because the bodies were so badly burned, police are having a hard time identifying the victims...

Giuseppe "Clutch Hand" Morello, the ruthless boss of America's first Mafia family
The First Family:
Terror, Extortion, Revenge, Murder and the Birth of the American Mafia
By Mike Dash
Random House

Subject: Giuseppe "Clutch Hand" Morello and what's believed to be America's first truly organized Mafia family.

The Upside: Most Mafia books tend to be first-person tell-alls by the Mafiosi themselves, usually ghost-written by writers whose pact with the subject forces them to not challenge the narrator or dig too deep. And since these tales are being cast by congenital liars, it's hard to know what's fact, what's fiction, and why the career criminal sewing the story tends to be painted in such an honorable light, especially when you know he's really a scumbag...

BBC reporter Paresh Patel was simply trying to do his job, setting up a live shot in Manchester, England. But two dopes decided to harass the TV talker, stalking him for a half-hour through the streets, insulting him and trying to pick a fight.

Patel does his best to defuse the situation, continually walking away. And that's very healthy for our morons. What they don't know is that he's a former international martial arts champ. The chief jerkoff is fortunate to get smacked to the pavement just once before police arrive to save his sorry ass.

Lou Dobbs believes his enemies are being inflamed by the liberal media
After getting a series of threatening phone calls, CNN host Lou Dobbs claims someone shot at his Wantage, New Jersey home earlier this month. Dobbs said on his radio show that he was outside with his wife when someone shot at the house on October 5.

"This shot was fired with my wife not, I don't know, 15 feet away, and we had threatening phone calls that I decided not to report because I get threatening phone calls."

New Jersey State police were called to the home that day after Dobbs and his wife heard gunfire. The bullet struck the side of the house and fell to the ground. It's now being analyzed. "We're not sure what the intended target was," Sgt. Steve Jones told Fox News. "It's still under investigation..."

Steve Buscemi, the new-old boss of Atlantic City
Next year, HBO will begin airing 11 episodes of Boardwalk Empire, a new series set during prohibition and starring Steve Buscemi as Nucky Thompson, a Jersey gangster and politician (is that redundant?) who rules Atlantic City.

This should be good. Martin Scorsese directed the pilot, and he's teaming up with Mark Wahlberg and Terence Winter (a writer for The Sopranos) as producers.

The series is based on the book Boardwalk Empire: The Birth, High Times and Corruption of Atlantic City, by Nelson Johnson. It also stars Dabney Coleman, Michael Pitt and Kelly MacDonald.
