There's no denying the past is past, but there's no statute of limitations on accountability. Sadly, Germany has a short memory for their atrocities. Nazi hitman Klaas Carel Faber was sentenced to death in the Netherlands for 11 murders in 1947. It was commuted to life, but in '52 the heavy of this week's Fugitive Watch escaped to Germany, where he's lived for 58 years...

UPDATE: Charles McCluskey and Casslyn Mae Welch have been captured at a campground in Arizona. Welch is believed to have helped McCluskey and two other inmates escape from an Arizona prison on July 30. All three are now back in custody, and will likely face new murder charges.
